This is an all-levels meditative class of calming poses and focus on relaxation and stress reduction. Poses are held for longer allowing the fascia (deep connective tissue) to open. Although not a complicated physical practice, for some it can be quite challenging due to the long duration of the poses. While stretching, lengthening and breathing into all parts of our body we learn to quiet the mind, practice turning inwards and finding peace and calm - physically and mentally. You will leave relaxed and ready to float through the rest of your day or evening. Level: No experience necessary.
